Canali S.P.A. in Milan, Italy, seeks a Media Planner for freelance maternity cover to define and monitor digital media strategies across the full funnel.

You will coordinate with media agencies, partners, and publishers, plan multichannel campaigns, and prepare reports to support executive decision‑making. The role requires 5+ years in similar positions, fluency in English and Italian (German a plus), and strong skills in GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and MS Office.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent command of English and Italian (C1). German will be considered a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Manager; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Support the definition, implementation, and monitoring of Digital Marketing and Media strategies across the full funnel, coordinating agencies, partners, and publishers.
• Coordinate activities with media agencies, external partners, and publishers, managing communication flow, operational alignment, and project development.
• Plan, implement, and monitor multichannel paid media campaigns using advertising, reporting, and web analytics tools, including GA4, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Manager, tracking KPIs and optimizations.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations on media and branded content activities to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Social Media, PR, Creative, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic consistency and effectiveness of activities.
• Support the management of offline media activities, including print planning and coordination with publishers, contributing to the development of branded content, native advertising, and special initiatives with editorial and external partners.
• Oversee media budget allocation and monitoring, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and investment control, including administrative aspects (expenses, invoices, approvals).
• Collaborate with performance marketing partners and E-commerce to optimize mid/low funnel activities in line with business objectives.
• Manage documentation and support materials for coordinating department activities.
