Technogym is seeking a Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader to drive end-to-end development, validation and industrialization of mechatronic and electronic systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate international OEM suppliers, and ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.

The role defines architectures, oversees hardware-software-mechanics integration, and supports risk mitigation and continuous improvement, bridging R&D and manufacturing to scale Technogym’s health tech.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in mechatronic/electronic system design, development and industrialization.
• Experience with embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/electronic systems.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process.

As Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader, you will drive end-to-end development, validation and industrialization of mechatronic and electronic systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate international OEM suppliers, and ensure on-time, cost-efficient, high-quality delivery. You will define architectures, oversee hardware-software-mechanics integration, and support risk mitigation and continuous improvement. This role bridges R&D and manufacturing to scale Technogym’s innovative health tech. You’ll help shape reliable devices that empower a healthier world.

• Lead end-to-end development to meet quality, cost, and performance targets
• Ensure project timing, milestones and budget adherence
• Define technical specifications and system architectures for mechanics, electronics and software
• Supervise design choices for reliability, manufacturability and serviceability
• Manage and coordinate international OEM suppliers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing, purchasing, quality)
• Oversee creation and maintenance of technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports)
• Support industrialization phases and product start-up with rapid issue resolution
• Support DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews and risk mitigation
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools and design methodologies
• Lead root-cause analysis for performance, reliability or quality issues
• Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in mechatronic/electronic system design, development and industrialization
• Experience with embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, networking technologies
• Familiarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards
• Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) for managing structures, changes and BOMs
• Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/electronic systems
• Problem-solving mindset with structured analytical approach
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process
• Knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Notion)
