Technogym in Cesena is seeking a proactive Product Industrialization Engineer with design and manufacturing competencies to join the Industrialization staff at our HQ in Italy. The role requires on‑site presence and collaboration with all departments to develop new products and maintain them through the lifecycle.

You will develop mechanical solutions, promote DFMA, and drive cost reductions while ensuring quality, safety and manufacturability.

Competenze

• Mechanical, management or manufacturing engineering background.
• Problem‑solving abilities and FMEA user.
• Knowledge of DTC, DTR / DFQ concepts.
• Attention to details and manufacturing know‑how.

Mansioni

• Develop and design mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers.
• Re-engineering to cost reduction and problem solving.
• Promote DFMA for new products to ensure quality, safety and target cost.
• Coordinate with R&D and Process Engineering to optimize manufacturing.

Your Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Product Industrialization Engineer with design and manufacturing competencies and passion to join the Industrialization staff in our HQ (Italy-Cesena). The person will work in cross‑functional team and cooperate with all departments to develop new products and maintain them along the lifecycle. Work in presence is needed.

Your Impact

• Develop and design mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers
• Re‑engineering to cost reduction and problem solving
• Develop and define technical standard solutions for new products in order to achieve Quality, Safety and target Cost
• Promote DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
• Find new solutions, technologies or suppliers
• Grant the development of innovative product packaging industrial design concepts that enhance consumer unpacking experience, logistics efficiency including ship, truck, and warehouses.
• Grant connection between R&D and Process Engineering Department in order to have the best product with the best manufacturing process
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, mainly product development, style center, marketing, purchasing, process engineering and logistic teams.
• Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress

What You Should Bring

• Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical diploma
• Problem‑solving abilities and FMEA user
• Knowledge of DTC (Design to Cost), DTR / DFQ (Design for Reliability / Quality)
• Attention to details
• Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies and assembly
• Knowledge of mechanical design and 3D CAD systems, preferably PTC Creo
• Knowledge of Office packages in particular Excel
• Team Player
• Strong practical sense
• Good level of Italian and English
• Available for business trips

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €45,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
