Technogym cerca un Mechanical Operations Quality Specialist per supportare il processo di risoluzione dei problemi in produzione. Sarai la guardia degli standard di qualità operativa e garantirai costante miglioramento dei processi e prodotti finali.

Capacità di analisi dati di produzione, conoscenza ISO 9001 e strumenti di miglioramento come 8D, 5 Whys e FMEA sono fondamentali; esperienza con SAP è preferita e la collaborazione con produzione, R&D e supply chain è continua.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of statistical process control.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and auditing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of ERP SAP.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma knowledge is a strong plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Your Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Operations Quality Specialist to support the problem-solving process for manufacturing process related issues. You will be the guardian of our manufacturing quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring and constantly improving the quality of our operational processes and final products.

Your Impact

Compensation Data

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
