FICEP SPA, a leading metalworking company, seeks a Mechanical Worker to join the Production Department in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will perform assembly, installation, and support activities involving mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.

Requirements include a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, plus experience in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics. Strong reading of drawings and standard measuring tools is expected.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics fields preferred (entry level acceptable).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components essential.
• Familiarity with standard measuring instruments.

MECHANICAL WORKER

The successful candidate will join the Production Department and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, carrying out assembly, installation, and support activities involving mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience, even at an entry level, in the mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and/or electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Good knowledge of standard measuring instruments.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to use machinery, tools, and diagnostic equipment for assembly and maintenance activities.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

What We Offer

• Working hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday (day shift).
• Annual gross salary: €25,000–€40,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
