About the Role

We are seeking a senior mechanical engineer to join our Engineering department, supporting the Tobacco Maker & Auxiliary equipments projects team. The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Mechanical Designers, managing projects from concept to completion, to develop full autonomy.Our history is founded on the passion for innovation, technological excellence, and international vocation. The position is based in Bologna (Italy).

What You Need to Be Successful

To be successful in the role, you must have a strong and keen interest in designing activities and an innate aptitude for working with customers and colleagues. You are a team player. You also:

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years of experience;
• Know parametric designing tools. Understanding of Creo Modelling and CAD Tools will be considered a plus;
• You are willing to learn SAP and Oracle. If you already have, it will be considered a plus;
• You feel at ease speaking, reading, and writing in English;
• You are thrilled about potential business trips (15-20%);
• You are handy, flexible, and curious.

Our Offer

Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40.000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.

The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
