Sidel is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Service Engineering team in Parma. You will design and develop mechanical modules, translate customer needs into feasible engineering solutions, and support quotation activities, design reviews, and FMEA processes.

English proficiency and willingness to travel are required to collaborate with international teams. You'll work across engineering, project, and service teams to ensure high-quality, timely solutions that improve production lines for

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical diploma with relevant experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in a technical office or mechanical engineering environment.
• Knowledge of filling lines and packaging technologies.
• Experience with 3D CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks, and 2D CAD tools such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Professional English proficiency
• availability to travel up to 20–40 working days per year.

Your Mission

Joining an international and cross-functional environment, you will contribute to the Regular Portfolio, with a strong focus on process-related machine modifications. Working closely with engineering, project, and service teams, you will support the evolution of mechanical modules while helping customers adapt and optimize their production lines. Reporting within the Service Engineering organization, you will play a key role in turning technical challenges into sustainable and efficient solutions.

Your Missions
