FlexLink is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support the development of industrial automation solutions, including conveyor systems and robotic applications. You will work with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to contribute to machine design, technical documentation, and on‑site testing.

Competenze

• Master's degree required in Engineering, prefer Mechanical/Mechatronics.
• Interest in design and development of industrial machinery and production systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and automation systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD).
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) for technical communication.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration in international environments.
• Availability for occasional travel within Italy and abroad.
• Curiosity to spend time on the production floor to understand machinery.

Mansioni

• Design machinery and equipment for conveyor and automation projects.
• Assist in optimizing existing solutions under guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and manuals.
• Support assembly and testing activities, helping resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure project success.
