Gts Group Ltd in Italy is seeking a Mechanical Design & R&D Engineer to lead end-to-end design of automated packaging machinery, from concept to production, collaborating with teams in Italy, Spain and China. You'll own 3D modeling in SolidWorks, create manufacturing drawings, and coordinate testing, field trials, and documentation with suppliers and manufacturers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience designing automated, non-standard machinery is a plus.
• Fluent Italian or Spanish is required or highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products from concept to production.
• Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks; support CAD/CAM workflows.
• Coordinate with automation teams across Italy, Spain and China for integrated systems.
• Perform field testing, data collection and troubleshooting; own issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers during assembly.
