Job summary

Alpitronic cerca un esperto di master data per definire, governare e migliorare i dati di clienti, fornitori, materiali e prodotti all'interno delle piattaforme ERP/CRM.

La posizione prevede collaborazione con IT e business, supporto a progetti ERP e SAP, definizione KPI di qualità dati e implementazione di processi end-to-end in un contesto internazionale.

Qualifications

• Laurea magistrale o titolo equipollente in Business Administration, Data Science o campo correlato; certificazione BPMN o modellazione di processi è un plus.
• Anni di esperienza professionale in posizione analoga nel campo master data management e/o miglioramento dei processi.
• Esperienza in setup, manutenzione e quality assurance di master data in ERP/CRM.
• Competenza nel modellare processi con BPMN e metodologie di improvement.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione in inglese e italiano e/o tedesco.

Responsibilities

• Definire e applicare standard di qualità dei dati e governance per garantire coerenza e affidabilità.
• Monitorare KPI sulla qualità dei dati e guidare azioni correttive e preventive.
• Progettare, implementare e ottimizzare processi aziendali legati al master data, assicurando efficienza e conformità.
• Assicurare l’allineamento tra ERP, CRM, PLM e altre piattaforme.
• Collaborare con business e IT per allineare requisiti dati e processi.
• Supportare piani strategici (ERP, CRM), readiness dati e readiness qualità per progetti SAP.
• Guidare il miglioramento continuo in master data e processi guidati dai dati tramite automazione e analisi.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and governance of master data records (customer, supplier, material, product, and further domains as defined)

• Define and enforce master data quality standards and governance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability
• Monitor and report on master data quality KPIs; drive corrective and preventive actions
• Design, implement, and optimize business processes directly related to master data, ensuring end-to-end efficiency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Ensure cross-application process alignment across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other platforms
• Collaborate with business units and IT to align master data and process requirements with organizational needs
• Support strategic program planning (e.g., ERP, CRM), ensuring data and process readiness and ensure master data quality readiness for the running SAP implementation project
• Drive continuous improvement in master data management and data-driven processes through automation, analytics, and best practices

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; BPMN or equivalent process modeling certification is a plus
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the field of master data management and/or business process improvement
• Experience in setup, maintenance, and quality assurance of master data across ERP and CRM systems
• Strong command of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian and/or German

Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
