EssilorLuxottica is offering an internship to support supplier master data management for our centralized branches (EMEA and worldwide). You will learn workflows, procedures, and guidelines shared with Procurement, and you will conduct analyses and prepare reports to harmonize processes and identify gaps.

The role invites fresh ideas to improve workflows, with autonomy in problem-solving, a focus on project management, and collaboration with IT and GBS teams.

Your role

We are looking for an intern who will support the management of supplier master data for our centralized branches (EMEA and worldwide), acting as a key point of reference for the subsidiaries both from a technical and procedural perspective. The role involves gaining knowledge of the workflows, procedures, and guidelines shared with the Procurement team, as well as conducting analyses and preparing reports to harmonize processes, ensure compliance, and identify potential gaps. The intern will also be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to improve and streamline workflows.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for centralized subsidiaries of both Essilor and Luxottica, working closely with them to build an effective network, ensure process compliance, and manage all related projects.
• Maintain relationships with other GBS teams and collaborate closely with fellow team members.
• Liaise with IT to define requirements aimed at improving operational efficiency.
