Bolton Group in Milan is seeking a Legal Trainee to join our Legal team. The role supports standardizing national and international agreements, reviews marketing materials, and contributes to trainings and operations. You'll report directly to our Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer.

We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join our Legal team in Bolton Group based in Milan.

How you make the difference

This position is important for Bolton because the Legal Trainee supports the legal team in standardizing national and international agreements, reviewing marketing materials and contributing to legal trainings and operations. The expected outcome is to enhance legal efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business functions with reliable and structured legal input.

How your agenda looks like:

• Standardization of agreements both at national and international level;
• Review of marketing materials (such claims and marketing campaigns);
• IP matters;
• Creation of training materials for the trainings managed by the legal department;
• Implementation of legal operations activities.

Your team:

You’ll directly report to our Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer.
The role does not include direct reports.
