Bulgari Italia, within its Marketing & Communication Department, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and proactive Marketing Specialist to join the team based in Rome.

In this role, the selected candidate will develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives for the Business Partners channel, including Franchisees and Wholesalers across Italy and Southern & Eastern Europe (Greece, Poland, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, and Ukraine).

Competenze

• 5/6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to deliver projects on time.

Main Responsibilities:

The candidate will support the team in the following key activities:

• Develop and implement structuredMarketing & Communication plansin collaboration with Business Partners, ensuring strong brand consistency across all channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and executeevents and marketing activitiesorganized with Business Partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and compliance with Bulgari’s quality standards.
• Define and managemedia planstogether with Business Partners, covering traditional media, social media, digital platforms, and out-of-home visibility.
• Support Visual Merchandising activitiesfor Business Partners.
• Support Business Partners in the effective management ofmarketing and communication budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual spending commitments.
• Conductad hoc post-event analysesto evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Preparemonthly reports for HQ, as well as internal meeting materials and presentations.

Job Requirements:

• 5/6 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Fluency in both Italian and English considered as a must.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especiallyExcelandPowerPoint)
• Highly organized, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
