MORGAN SRL is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its Marketing Team in Novara, Italy. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within ophthalmic companies. This hybrid role combines in-office, remote, and field activities.

The position offers an attractive compensation package, including a bonus system and company car, with a salary range between €50,000 and €80,000 based on experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Ophthalmic Companies.

Mansioni

• Manage marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Promote and inspire marketing activities, campaigns, and congresses.
• Analyze market trends and competitors.
• Develop and implement brand communication.
• Track performance and ensure continuous training and support.
