Job summary

Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – for a multinational company, leader in the medical technology sector, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role reports to management and collaborates with international stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation in an international environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, CMS skills, and can manage paid media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
• Experience in managing paid social media and/or other paid media campaigns.
• Previous experience in an international or multinational company is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish, with a good command of English.

Reporting to the relevant Management and working closely with international and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives, supporting brand awareness, engagement and lead generation in an international environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and lead generation;
• Manage and update corporate websites through Content Management Systems;
• Develop and implement paid social media and other digital advertising campaigns;
• Collaborate with local media partners to plan and implement advertising and communication activities;
• Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing and communication activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results;
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems;
• Experience in managing paid social media and/or other paid media campaigns;
• Previous experience in an international or multinational company is preferred;
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish, with a good command of English;
• Previous experience in the medical technology/med-tech sector is considered a plus;
• Knowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus;
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an advantage.

We offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio (Level 3), with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from € 35.000 to € 42.000, plus a variable compensation component ranging from € 5.000 to € 8.000.
