Tosca is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the EMEA Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave. Based in Agrate Brianza, Milan area, Italy, you will drive a broad range of marketing activities across Europe, including campaigns, events, content development, and sales enablement materials.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and the broader Marketing team to strengthen Tosca's market presence, manage localised materials, and report on campaign performance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, international environment preferred.
• Experience managing campaigns, events and cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting multi-country marketing across Europe desirable.
• Experience in industrial, logistics, supply chain or related B2B sectors a plus.

• Drive execution of EMEA marketing plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer communications, and events.
• Develop and manage marketing content, sales enablement materials, presentations, and customer-facing assets.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support commercial objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights.
