Job summary

H-FARM International School in the Veneto region seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing activities across our campuses, to generate qualified leads and drive enrolments.

You will manage digital campaigns, CRM, events and partnerships, oversee budgets, lead two direct reports and ensure brand consistency with Nord Anglia guidelines. Travel to Rosà and Vicenza will be required.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• At least 5 years of B2C marketing experience with targets and budget.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and Italian (B2).
• Willingness to travel weekly to Rosà and Vicenza, plus international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual marketing plan by campus and age group, managing budget allocation and monitoring cost per lead and enrolment.
• Plan and deliver digital campaigns across paid social, search and display, while managing owned channels including website, social media and newsletters.
• Organise open days, events, local activities and partnerships in collaboration with the Admissions Team.
• Develop and test new promotional initiatives before wider implementation.
• Manage the CRM and marketing funnel with Admissions, including source tracking, lead scoring, nurturing and data quality.
• Monitor performance across leads, visits, applications and enrolments, identifying corrective actions based on data.
• Lead and develop two direct reports and coordinate marketing projects across multiple workstreams.
• Manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control.
• Ensure consistency with the school's positioning and Nord Anglia Education brand guidelines.

The role

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 5 years of B2C marketing experience in a similar role, with responsibility for targets and budget.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, Meta Business Manager and advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Excellent English, C1 or above, and Italian B2.
• Availability for weekly travel to Rosà and Vicenza schools and for international travel.
• Experience in innovation, digital transformation or education.
• Experience with high-involvement services for families.
• Experience working with international audiences or multinational organisations.

Salary range: €35.000 - €40.000 gross per year
