Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an analytical, highly organized Marketing Assistant (fixed-term) to join the Italian marketing team. You will support programs, projects, customer events, and communications with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The role involves managing promotional materials, tracking the marketing budget, coordinating Italian HQ demo room bookings, and handling demo room material orders while ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and events.

Primary Function of Position:

As part of the regional Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant (fix term role) is responsible for supporting the Italian marketing team with programs, projects, customer events and communications.

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who can manage tasks and information in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
