Qualifications

• Mandatory requirement: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato)
• +1 year of experience in an engineering or technical role within a project setting
• Professional project management certifications are desirable (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or similar). A certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) can also be beneficial.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, including project lifecycle, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Basic knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies is advantageous, depending on the organization's preferred approach.
• Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, ideally with some exposure to cross-functional project work.
• Experience in tracking progress, managing schedules, and coordinating small project components or task lists.
• Basic data analysis skills to support project reporting, with the ability to interpret KPIs and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Update project trackers and reports regularly to inform stakeholders of project status.
• Act as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing regular updates as directed by the Project Manager.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
• Prepare and organize project documentation, ensuring that records are accurate and accessible.
• Track document versions and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Coordinate meetings, arrange logistics, and distribute agendas and minutes.
• Track key project milestones and send reminders to the team to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update the project calendar to reflect changes in timelines or deliverable deadlines.
• Support budget tracking by collecting and compiling expense reports and project costs.
• Monitor project risks, document them in risk logs, and report findings for mitigation.
• Assist in conducting quality checks on deliverables and report any issues.

Education

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
