Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Production QA to drive quality across the Florence and Massa cells. You will lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, monitor COQ and defects, and ensure ISO standards compliance.

The role requires an engineering Master’s, fluency in English, 4 years in quality/operations, and EU work authorization. The company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Master degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Aeronautics, Chemical).
• Fluent in English.
• Technical knowledges.
• Basic Knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes.
• EU Work Permit.

Mansioni

• Lead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) in establishing and maintaining high quality within the product line.
• Provide answers to Customer’s issues through RCA and corrective actions.
• Drive the Cell/Line towards defect/COQ reduction and identify causes for preventive actions.
• Lead reviews with COE leaders to monitor Quality programs and indicators.
• Verify implementation and efficiency of actions via defect analysis.
• Ensure Non-Conformity management and eNCR documentation.
• Drive and maintain qualification of farm-in/farm-out activities.
• Ensure Quality Assurance for the Cell and ISO compliance.
