Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Production QA in Massa/Florence to lead quality on the production line. You will drive RCA, implement corrective actions, and monitor COQ, defects, and non-conformities to ensure ISO/QMS compliance.

The role requires a Master in Engineering and fluent English, with 4+ years in Quality/Operations, and EU work permission. On-site in Italy with flexible work patterns is offered.

Competenze

• When a Master in Engineering is preferred, English fluency is required.
• Experience in quality or operations with RCA and corrective actions is expected.
• Knowledge of ISO, HSE regulations and global quality standards is required.

Mansioni

Responsible for Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. String Test PQE shall act as the cell focal point of Test Quality; the successful candidate shall drive the cell to meet quality goals in terms of COQ, defects count and QMS compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives;
• Provide answers to Customer's issues through technical and transactional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan;
• Drive the Cell / Line towards defect / COQ reduction, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the Non-Conformities;
• Leads reviews with COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance;
• Be responsible for verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects;
• Be responsible for guaranteeing that the process for Non-Conformity management and Punch List is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented;
• Drive and assure special and critical processes qualification & control;
• Drive and maintain qualification of farm-in/farm-out activities;
• Be responsible for Quality Assurance for the Cell, ensuring that all functions are committed and in compliance to ISO standards;

To be successful in this role you will:

• Master degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Aeronautics, Chemical)
• Fluent in English
• Technical knowledges;
• Basic Knowledge of HSE regulations
• Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes;
• EU Work Permit.

• Problem solving certified (i.e. Apollo or Shainin)
• Basic knowledge in TR&S, as PED and IECEx
• Ability to work in a global environment
• Multitask approach;
• Change agent attitude
• 4 years experience in Quality or Operations or Supply Chain;
• Six-Sigma Green Belt Certified;

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI - Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
