Vantive invites you to join the Valtellina Plant to drive operational excellence in a highly regulated production environment. You will work with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, boost efficiency, and support manufacturing of life-changing products for patients worldwide.

Your responsibilities include identifying improvement initiatives from Value Stream Mapping, reducing waste, reviewing batch records for accuracy and quality, and training departments to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...)
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Good English knowledge, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Partner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.
• Review batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
• Manage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified.
• Perform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions.
• Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.
