Vantive cerca un professionista per il plant di Valtellina per guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo in un ambiente di produzione regolamentato.

L'incarico prevede collaborazione con supervising team e team interfunzionali per ottimizzare processi, efficienza e qualità dei prodotti destinati ai pazienti. Laurea in Ingegneria o scienze della vita, ottime capacità comunicative e inglese sono richieste.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...).
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Good English knowledge, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Identify, prioritize and implement improvement initiatives from Value Stream Mapping.
• Support CI projects to reduce waste, minimize rework and improve efficiency.
• Assist production in managing EBR events and ensuring compliance.
• Review batch records for accuracy, compliance and quality.
• Coordinate training activities to ensure staff are trained and qualified.

Summary

Join our Valtellina Plant and help drive operational excellence and processes in a highly regulated production environment. In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support the manufacturing of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.
• Support production departments in managing EBR events.
• Review batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
• Manage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified.
• Perform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions.
• Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.

We know that compensation matters when considering a new role. The minimum annual base salary for this position is 32.000Euro. Your starting salary may be higher, depending on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and the unique perspective you would bring to the role.

Employment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being, professional growth, and life beyond work.
