A global technology company based in Piove di Sacco is seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, and be proficient in process optimization and troubleshooting. This role involves collaborating across departments to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with Lean principles.

Competenze

• At least 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods.
• Experience with process improvement and problem-solving techniques.

Mansioni

• Support and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production flows and propose improvements.
• Participate in the industrialization of new products.

Conoscenze

Ability to read technical drawings

Process improvement knowledge

Lean tools knowledge

Good English knowledge

Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
