Procter & Gamble's GATTATICO PLANT is seeking an Engineering Intern to support manufacturing improvements. You will work on real projects focused on optimizing processes, reducing losses, and enhancing quality control, while learning from experienced P&G managers.

The internship offers mentorship, formal training, and day-to-day guidance in a dynamic environment that values initiative and teamwork. Italian fluency and English communication are essential, with a minimum 6 months

Job Qualifications

• Are an Engineering Master student or recent graduate with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to deliver breakthrough results.
• Have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Are available for a minimum of 6 months internship.
