Corteva Agriscience in Mozzanica, Lombardy, Italy seeks an Production Operator to ensure safe operation of manufacturing equipment and control systems. The role requires ownership of the assigned area, troubleshooting, equipment care, and participation in shift handovers within the Area Business Team.

The Operator will follow safety protocols, contribute to continuous improvement, and document production data.

Qualificações

• Experience in chemical process or packaging area.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts.
• Physical capability for stairs, ladders, lifting and moving objects.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with process safety practices and HAC/PHAs.

Responsabilidades

• Execute shift activities aligned with plant goals.
• Communicate effectively during shift changes with the ABT and team.
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures when needed.
• Record accurate production data and shift metrics.
• Assist with maintenance readiness and equipment care.
