Emerson in Italy is seeking a Production Manager to lead the C-Ball product line operations in Lugagnano Val d'Arda. You will supervise assembly, testing, and related activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across the manufacturing process.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to optimize processes, mentor leaders, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

• Experience leading manufacturing, production, or operations in an industrial setting.
• Experience developing teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, assembly, testing, and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and maintenance.

• Effective communication in English and Italian.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

• Lead daily production activities across assembly, testing, and related ops to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Coach and support production leaders and frontline staff, building accountability and engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to set priorities and execute plans.
• Coordinate mechanical assembly and testing to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Support new product introduction and ramp-up with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate methods, equipment utilization, and resource allocation for optimization.
• Foster effective cross-department communication to align with business objectives.
• Support planning and resource management to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
• Develop long-term improvements to boost customer satisfaction and capability.
