Emerson in Lugagnano Val d'Arda (PC) is seeking a Maintenance Analyst to support Facility Management and Maintenance operations through data analysis, documentation control, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Safety, Accounting, and other stakeholders to optimize processes, monitor KPI metrics, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring data accuracy. This role emphasizes process standardization and a safe, high-performing workplace.

Competenze

Education or equivalent experience in a technical, business, operations, or related field.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational or maintenance-related data to support business decisions.
Ability to organize information, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Interest in continuous improvement and process standardization.

Mansioni

Manage the registration, tracking, and maintenance of documentation related to indirect materials supporting Facility, Maintenance, and Tool Room operations.
Ensure accurate material traceability and timely updates within company systems.
Partner with Accounting to support the verification and processing of invoices related to Facility and Maintenance services and materials.
Monitor and analyze indirect material consumption and inventory withdrawals, preparing reports and performance metrics.
Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the identification of recurring equipment issues and contribute to corrective and preventive action plans.
Contribute to the development, review, and standardization of Facility and Maintenance procedures and processes.
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization.
Develop analyses, presentations, and reports to support operational decision-making.
Collaborate effectively with Purchasing, Production, Safety, Accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Serve as backup support for Tool Room administration activities when needed to ensure business continuity.
Track and report key performance indicators related to maintenance activities, consumption, costs, and supplier performance.
