Job summary

BMC S.p.A., Valenza, is seeking an HR Business Partner to balance day-to-day HR operations with ownership of strategic processes for the manufacturing workforce.

You will bridge shop-floor needs with HR projects, delivering excellent service while driving talent acquisition, learning & development, and organizational initiatives within the plant.

The role reports to the HR Manager and offers exposure to cross-functional projects in a high-grade jewellery manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, ideally within a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
• Strong working knowledge of HR operations, personnel administration, and basic labor law.
• Demonstrated capability or strong interest in managing specific HR processes (recruitment pipelines, training coordination, or HR analytics).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HR management software/systems.
• Good command of English

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to blue-collar and white-collar employees, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries regarding policies, contracts, and benefits.
• Manage operational personnel administration (attendance, onboarding/offboarding, contract renewals, payroll inputs).
• Support employee relations on the shop floor, assisting with daily personnel management, performance feedback, and conflict resolution with the HR Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and health & safety standards within the manufacturing environment.
