Job description

BMC S.p.A. (a single-shareholder company), wholly owned by Maison Chaumet S.A. and subject to the direction and coordination of the LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton Group, operates in the jewellery and high jewellery sector, standing out for its advanced technical expertise, quality and adherence to the Group’s industrial and ethical standards.

The company has two main facilities: its Headquarters in Valenza (AL), home to its management offices and core manufacturing operations, and its plant in Sesto Calende (VA), dedicated to highly specialised technical processes. With approximately 330 employees, BMC has also become the parent company of two additional production facilities in Valenza, employing a combined workforce of around 80 people, further expanding and strengthening its industrial presence in the fine jewellery sector.

Joining BMC means becoming part of the world of Chaumet, the historic Parisian jeweller within the LVMH Group, which has shone from Place Vendôme since 1780. With over 240 years of history, Chaumet combines exceptional savoir-faire with a boldly contemporary vision, placing people and nature at the heart of its commitments.

Beyond its iconic creations, Chaumet is above all a story of passion, innovation and the passing on of expertise, brought to life by a bold and creative community. The Maison celebrates diverse talents and encourages every team member to fulfil their potential.

As part of its continued expansion and growth, BMC is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its Headquarters in Valenza, reporting to the HR Manager.
