Eaton's Mobility Group in Bosconero seeks a Manufacturing Engineer & Prototype Manager to develop and improve manufacturing and prototype processes, with P&L responsibility for the Prototype Shop. The role focuses on safety, quality and cost control in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Quality and Production to meet delivery targets and customer expectations.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience leading and managing teams in manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct manufacturing runs and process capability analyses to improve production times, costs, cycle times and scrap levels.
• Design and implement production process improvements, review new products, processes and equipment.
• Manage machine safety, MESH requirements and production reorganization projects.
• Drive cost reduction, problem solving, quality and error-proofing initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PFMEA, control plans and standardized work.
• Coach and motivate shop-floor employees to improve cost, productivity, quality and delivery.
