Leonardo Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for its Frosinone plant. You will oversee converting raw or semi-finished products into finished components, monitor production execution, and support the budget and production plan.

The role requires an engineering degree, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring quality, safety compliance, driving process improvements, and coordinating department managers to optimize performance

Competenze

• Engineering degree required (Bachelor or Master).
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
• Interest in Aeronautical/Mechanical technical sector.
• Ability to take on responsibilities and lead teams.
• Willingness to travel and strong problem-solving attitude.

Mansioni

• Manage activities on purchased/in-process products to convert to finished state, focusing on mechanical components.
• Monitor production execution and work progress.
• Evaluate materials and hours spent and manage off-load execution.
• Support budget definition and production plan.
• Maintain compliance with cost, timing and quality targets; implement corrective actions.
