Job summary
Alpitronic Americas LLC is seeking a Manager of the Charging Functions Software team to drive development and evolution of charging functions and firmware across the Hypercharger portfolio. You will lead and grow a team of experts, define the technical roadmap, and ensure delivery of innovative, reliable charging solutions.
You will coordinate with Product Management, System Engineering, Hardware and Quality to align requirements, foster technical excellence, optimize processes, and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in embedded software and firmware development with C/C++.
- Knowledge of EV charging standards and communication protocols.
- Experience with agile methods and structured software lifecycles.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Charging Functions Software team and define its technical roadmap.
- Coordinate with Product Management, System Engineering, Hardware and Quality to align requirements.
- Drive continuous improvements in development processes and practices.
- Mentor and coach team members, balancing ownership and delegation.
- Ensure delivery of innovative, reliable charging solutions across Hypercharger portfolio.
