Alfasigma, a globally operating healthcare company, seeks a Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Manager to own the design of security architecture (Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, cloud and network security) and to provide independent assurance of security controls across IT and Azure Cloud environments.

You will oversee Application and Data Security, including SAST/DAST/SCA, DLP, and platform governance in a regulated pharmaceutical setting, coordinating with external providers when applicable.

Competenze

• Solid experience in Security Architecture / Engineering or Infrastructure / Cloud Security.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, Azure Cloud security and network security.
• Experience with Application Security (SAST/DAST/SCA) and Data Security (DLP, classification, encryption).

Mansioni

• Design and maintain the enterprise security architecture (Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, network segmentation, cloud & infrastructure security) and define security standards (security by-design).
• Govern security platforms (e.g., Wiz, Microsoft Purview), including external provider operations, steering their evolution and configuration.
• Verify the effectiveness of security controls implemented by IT teams (hardening, vulnerability and patch management) on infrastructure and Azure Cloud.
• Govern Application Security (SAST/DAST/SCA) and Data Security (classification, DLP, encryption), contributing to GxP data-integrity controls with Global IT.
• Coordinate with other teams for continuity on relevant security events.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Manager to strengthen our Corporate Cybersecurity function and own security architecture, engineering assurance and application & data security.

Scope of the role:

As Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Manager, you will own the design ofAlfasigma'ssecurity architecture (Zero Trust, IAM/PAM,cloudand network security) and the independent assurance of security controls across IT and Azure Cloud environments, while overseeing the Group's Application and Data Security. A hands‑on‑minded, design‑and‑assurance role spanning security engineering, SAST/DAST/SCA, DLP and platform governance in a global, regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Your role:

Design andmaintainthe enterprise security architecture (Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, network segmentation, cloud & infrastructure security) and define security standards(security by-design).

Govern the function's security platforms (e.g.Wiz, Microsoft Purview), including whereoperatedby external providers, steering their evolution and configuration.

Verify the effectiveness of security controls implemented by IT teams (hardening,vulnerability& patchmanagement) on infrastructure and Azure Cloud.

Govern Application Security (SAST/DAST/SCA) and the Group's Data Security (classification, DLP, encryption), contributing toGxPdata-integrity controls together with Global IT.

Coordinate with theotherteam for continuityonrelevant security events.

Who are you:

Solid experience in Security Architecture / Engineering or Infrastructure / Cloud Security, combining design ownership with assurance.

Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, Azure Cloudsecurityand network security.

Experience with Application Security (SAST/DAST/SCA) and Data Security (DLP, classification, encryption).

Ability to govern securityplatformsincluding thoseoperatedby external providers.

Industry certifications (e.g.AWS Security Specialist,Cisco CCNA,Cisco CCNP,Cisco contact center specialist,Fortinet NSE 4-5-6,Google cloud associate,ISO27001Lead Auditor,ITIL V4,Prince2,Microsoft Azure AI,Microsoft Azure data,Palo Alto Network Security Administrator,Palo Alto Networks Security Engineer,TCSE 1-2-3-4,NozomyOTsecurity analyst) are a plus.

Good command of English.
