MEININGER Milano Lambrate is offering a full-time Hotel Management Trainee program in Milan. The 12-18 month development track covers Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Back Office with assignments across Italy.

You will receive career coaching and performance feedback to support your growth in a global hospitality group. The program seeks individuals with hospitality experience, leadership potential, and a passion to advance in management.

Competenze

• Professional education plus 1-2 years in hospitality with strong performance
• Excellent communication skills and international mindset
• Fluency in English and Italian; other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel across MEININGER locations and learn across departments

THE PROGRAM

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional education plus 1-2 years of experience in hospitality with an excellent track record of performance
• Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry
• Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER
• Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty
• Strong focus on results and understanding of the business
• Excellent communication skills
• Cultural savvy and international mindset
• You have very good written and spoken English and Italian skills, other languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the traineeship assignments to various MEININGER locations
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage
