Dana Incorporated in Cavenago di Brianza (MB) is seeking a Production Planning & Procurement professional to manage materials planning and scheduling in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will ensure finished goods availability to meet customer demand and work closely with service teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, experience with MRP/ERP and strong Excel skills, plus capacity planning and lean production knowledge. Italian and English are required.

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Lean production knowledge is preferred.
• SAP expertise is a plus.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Production Planning & Procurement in Cavenago (MB).

Main opportunities and challenges: Challenges: working in a dynamic environment having the opportunity to redifine procedure and process according with the market situation. Opportunity: we are looking fo people able to become leader and giving us opportunity to improve our service level to the customer.

Main Responsibilities

• To Ensure Materials planning and availability control according to the production schedule – KPIs: On Time Production
• To define production scheduling of assigned Plants to ensure availability of finished goods to meet Customers demand with available production capacity (Lines Fill & On-Time) – KPIs: On Time Delivery (Customer)
• To Monitor and manage the execution of the daily production plan in the manufacturing area
• To Collaborate with the Customer Service for order prioritization and production management
• To Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse and Production for assuring a Ready To Execute plan

Job Position Requirements

Education: University bachelor degree – Industrial Engineering Degree

Professional background

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced excel), Experience with MRP / ERP systems; Solving skills and a logical way of thinking are essential, Capacity planning experience; Change Management / Target oriented.

CCNL Commercio

Annual Salary Package: Up to 48k€

Hard Skills

Essential: Previous experience in the mechanical industry and specifically in the Manufacturing area. Lean production knowledge.
