Dana Canada Corp. in Cavenago (MB), Italy, is seeking a Production Planning & Procurement Specialist to manage materials planning and production scheduling to meet customer demand.

The role emphasizes On Time Production and efficient use of production capacity. The candidate will collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Control, and Warehouse to deliver reliable, ready-to-execute plans and improve service levels for customers.

Competenze

• University bachelor degree – Industrial Engineering Degree is required.
• Lean production knowledge is essential.
• Capacity planning experience is essential.
• Experience with MRP / ERP systems and advanced Excel is expected.

Mansioni

• Ensure materials planning and availability control according to the production schedule (On Time Production).
• Define production scheduling of assigned plants to ensure availability of finished goods to meet customer demand with available capacity (Lines Fill & On-Time).
• Monitor and manage the execution of the daily production plan in the manufacturing area.
• Collaborate with Customer Service for order prioritization and production management.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse and Production to assure a Ready To Execute plan.

We’re looking for a Production Planning & Procurementin Cavenago (MB)

Main responsibilities

• To Ensure Materials planning and availability control according to the production schedule – KPIs: On Time Production
• To define production scheduling of assigned Plants to ensure availability of finished goods to meet Customers demand with available production capacity (Lines Fill & On-Time) – KPIs: On Time Delivery (Customer)
• To Monitor and manage the execution of the daily production plan in the manufacturing area
• To Collaborate with the Customer Service for order prioritization and production management
• To Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse and Production for assuring a Ready To Execute plan

Job position requirements

Education: University bachelor degree – Industrial Engineering Degree

Professional background

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced excel), Experience with MRP / ERP systems; Solving skills and a logical way of thinking are essential, Capacity planning experience; Change Management / Target oriented.

Annual Salary Package: Up to 48k€

Essential: Previous experience in the mechanical industry and specifically in the Manufacturing area. Lean production knowledge.
