Ericsson in Milano is seeking a motivated graduate to join as Managed Service Presales Lead - Intern. You will support presales activities for the Managed Services portfolio across the EMEA region.

This internship offers hands-on exposure, mentorship, and the chance to work with cross-functional teams on proposals, costings, and business cases.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About This Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join Ericsson as a Managed Service (MS) Presales Lead - Intern. In this role, you will support presales activities for our Managed Services portfolio, working with cross-functional teams and the EMEA MS Presales organization to serve customers across the region who are looking to outsource their operational activities. You will contribute to business development and to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, responding to customer bid requests and driving unsolicited offers in line with the strategic plan.

What You Will Do

• Translate customer requirements into efficient and scalable delivery models
• Provide input requirements and interact with Ericsson Global Delivery Center organization
