Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, invites a sophisticated Maître to lead floor operations and orchestrate unforgettable dining experiences in a luxury setting. You will guide service, ensure flawless table setups, and manage guest flow with a focus on impeccable hospitality in a world-class resort.

The role requires at least 3 years as a Maître or similar in 5-star or Michelin-level venues, strong leadership, wine service expertise, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maître or Assistant Restaurant Manager in luxury hotels or Michelin-starred venues.
• Strong leadership, charisma, and refined communication skills.
• Expertise in fine-dining etiquette and wine service.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily floor operations during service, ensuring immaculate table setup and luxury standards.
• Welcome VIPs and regular guests, building connections and handling tailored dining requests.
• Supervise and mentor the service brigade, maintaining clear communication and high morale.
• Coordinate timing and communication between the dining room floor and kitchen brigade.
• Manage table reservations and seating strategies to optimize capacity and guest comfort.
• Oversee staff briefing sessions, menu knowledge training, and service etiquette enforcement.
