Grünenthal is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Reliability Engineer for its site in Vedano Olona, Lombardy, Italy. The role focuses on maintenance excellence, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable production.

You will develop maintenance reports, analyze KPIs, support budgeting, spare parts optimization, and cooperate with Engineering, Maintenance and Production teams. Knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory, and Italian and English fluency is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent technical background.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning in complex industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory.
• Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing and safety regulations.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication.

• In this role, you will be responsible for the site maintenance plan through SAP PM (CMMS) management, maintenance performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives, working closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production global and local teams and leading your Spare Parts team

What you’ll bring to the table

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments
• Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory
• Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus)
• Fluency both in Italian and English
• Strong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
