Grünenthal sta cercando un professionista per potenziare la gestione di processi in Manufacturing & Global Operations. Il candidato parteciperà a progetti di trasferimento tecnologico, migliorerà flussi esistenti e gestirà documenti di controllo qualità, lavorando in un ambiente internazionale.

È richiesta laurea MSc o Ingegneria, esperienza in ambito farmaceutico, conoscenza GMP, spettro di conoscenze su sistemi di serializzazione e ottima padronanza dell'inglese.

Competenze

• Esperienza in ruoli simili preferibilmente nel settore farmaceutico.
• Conoscenza delle buone pratiche di produzione (GMP).
• Conoscenza dei sistemi di serializzazione/aggregazione.
• Buona padronanza dell'inglese (fluente).
• Attributi personali: autogestione, lavoro di squadra, rispetto delle regole, capacità di apprendere dagli errori, spirito d'innovazione.

Mansioni

• Progettare flussi di lavoro per nuovi prodotti.
• Migliorare processi esistenti.
• Risoluzione di problemi per garantire le prestazioni della linea.
• Partecipare a progetti di trasferimento tecnologico e revisioni di documenti correlati.
• Partecipare al processo di Change control.
• Gestire il processo di Technical Drawing.

What the job looks like

• Develop workflow for new products
• Improve existing processes
• Troubleshooting to grant line performance
• Take part to technology transfer project and execute related activities, including documents review
• Take part to Change control process
• Manage of Technical Drawing process

What you'll bring to the table

• MSc or Engineering Degree in Scientific area
• Experience in similar role preferably in pharma industry
• Good Manufacturing Practice knowledge
• Serialization/aggregation system knowledge
• Fluent English

Your compensation package will include a performance-based annual bonus.
