Grünenthal cerca un Maintenance Planner & Reliability Engineer per il sito di Vedano Olona, Lombardia. Supervisione del piano di manutenzione, monito delle prestazioni e iniziative di miglioramento, collaborando con Engineering, Maintenance e produzione a livello globale e locale.

Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in ingegneria, almeno 3 anni di esperienza in manutenzione e una solida conoscenza di SAP PM, con fluente italiano e inglese.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Gestionare il piano di manutenzione del sito tramite SAP PM (CMMS) e monitoraggio delle performance.
• Sviluppare iniziative di eccellenza manutentiva e miglioramento continuo.
• Analizzare KPI di manutenzione, prestazioni attrezzature e tendenze di affidabilità.
• Supportare la gestione del budget manutenzione (Opex & Capex) e reporting.
• Contribuire all’ottimizzazione dei pezzi di ricambio e gestione appaltatori.
• Supportare attività di procurement nell’area Engineering.
• Garantire conformità GMP, sicurezza e requisiti aziendali.
• Mantenere e aggiornare documentazione ingegneristica e di manutenzione.

What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• In this role, you will be responsible for the site maintenance plan through SAP PM (CMMS) management, maintenance performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives, working closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production global and local teams and leading your Spare Parts team;
• Develop maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining maintenance engineering reports of KPIs trend and targets;
• Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and reliability trends;
• Support the Head of Engineering & Maintenance in the maintenance budget management (Opex & Capex) and related reporting;
• Contribute to technical spare parts optimization and contractor management;
• Support procurement activities within the Engineering area;
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental and corporate requirements;
• Maintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation.

What you'll bring to the table

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background;
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments;
• Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory;
• Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment;
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus);
• Fluency both in Italian and English;
• Strong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally;
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
