Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Operations and Excellence Lead at the Garbagnate Milanese site. You will lead the Maintenance Operations & Excellence Team within the EMEX cluster, driving maintenance and continuous improvement towards world-class manufacturing standards.

The role requires on-site leadership and collaboration with global EMEX and local teams. Ideal candidates have engineering education and extensive maintenance leadership experience, with a strong lean

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance business.
• Proven experience in leading teams with diverse technical capabilities in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong lean management methodology experience in technical/maintenance contexts.
• Digital mindset and drive to improve processes, performance and people capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a diversified Maintenance Team to ensure availability of technical capabilities.
• Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration on key improvement initiatives.
• Empower, coach and develop the Maintenance Team focusing on growth in technical and soft skills.
• Define and communicate a clear vision for evolution of maintenance toward world-class manufacturing standards.
• Drive continuous technical improvement following PM methodology to minimize losses and downtime.
• Maximize equipment availability via preventive maintenance planning and robust root cause analysis.
• Interface with global EMEX cluster and local teams for maintenance initiatives and improvements.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Energy responsibilities are met and demonstrated.
