Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Operations & Excellence Lead to direct the EMEX cluster at Garbagnate Milanese. You will lead a diverse team, drive maintenance excellence, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the site to deliver value in products and processes.

The role requires a strong focus on Lean methods, fault‑finding, preventive maintenance planning, and stakeholder collaboration to reduce downtime and improve performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the maintenance business.
• Experience leading diverse teams in complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience implementing lean management methodologies.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a diversified Maintenance Team to ensure availability of technical capabilities.
• Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration across the site on improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop the Maintenance Team and ensure effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Define and communicate a clear vision for maintenance evolution towards world-class standards.
• Drive continuous technical improvement following PM methodology and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Maximize equipment availability via preventive maintenance planning and root cause analysis.
• Design and evolve a maintenance framework with service standards and KPIs.
• Interface with global EMEX cluster and local teams for maintenance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Energy responsibilities.
