Adler Pelzer Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in Italy to oversee the maintenance department and ensure efficient operation of production equipment. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, lead a technical team, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and continuous improvement with opportunities to lead modernization projects and optimize maintenance KPIs.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a management or team coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation equipment.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage Maintenance Department activities.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum availability and optimal performance of production machinery and equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager ideally from automotive manufacturing or similar industry to join our team and ensure the efficient operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of our production equipment and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the activities of the Maintenance Department;


• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities;


• Ensure maximum availability and optimal performance of production machinery and equipment;


• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime;


• Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team;


• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, including downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and equipment availability;


• Manage spare parts requirements and relationships with suppliers and external service providers;


• Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new equipment;


• Identify and implement technical improvements and cost-reduction initiatives;


• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health & safety requirements, and applicable standards;


• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field;


• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a management or team coordination position;


• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, and/or industrial equipment;


• Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams;


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;


• Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization abilities;


• Results-oriented mindset and focus on continuous improvement;


• Good command of English;
