Obsolete Site in Vicenza, Italy seeks a general maintenance worker to assist with interior and exterior upkeep, painting walls, plumbing fixes, and basic carpentry. You may assist in moving furniture and maintain outdoor areas as needed.

The role requires the ability to lift 40–80 pounds, stand, bend, reach, and work rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Training and compliance with background checks are required. ${REPLACEME}

Competenze

• Woodworking knowledge and basic shop math.
• Operate hand and power tools; measure accurately.
• Read and follow basic blueprints and sketches.
• Know how to prepare standard surfaces for coating methods.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Assist in maintenance and repair of building interiors and exteriors.
• Patch and paint walls; replace faucet washers, light bulbs and fuses.
• Un-stop sinks and toilets; hang electrical fixtures; minor furniture repairs.
• Maintain grounds: mow, trim, water plants, sweep, snow-related tasks as needed.
