Magic Engineering, based in Italy, is seeking a motivated Junior Maintenance Assistant for a 6-month internship. No previous experience required; you will learn while supporting maintenance tasks and supplier coordination to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager, gain hands-on skills in repairs, site upkeep, and fleet checks, and have the chance to convert to full-time based on performance.

Competenze

• High school diploma.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Good practical and manual skills.
• Attention to detail, good listening skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent command of the Italian language and basic knowledge of English.

Mansioni

• Support routine maintenance tasks in the facilities.
• Help maintain outdoor areas and grounds.
• Assist in monitoring external contractors and quotes.
• Help manage the company vehicle fleet inspections and upkeep.
• Support requests from other departments (transfers, parcel pickup/delivery).
