We are looking for a Maintenance Excellence Manager to lead the implementation of our Group maintenance strategy, focusing on planning, efficiency, and performance optimization. In this role, you will drive the deployment of our strategy across multiple countries, ensuring seamless coordination and a centralized approach to spare parts management. Your efforts will play a key role in minimizing capacity availability risks, increasing transparency, and reducing maintenance costs and inventory, contributing to the success of our organization.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring group maintenance strategy implementation in all CCHBC production sites by productive relationship with Maintenance managers, Plant managers, Country Supply Chain and County Engineering.
2. Coordinating planned maintenance activities across the countries together with OEM and internal stakeholders.
3. Continuous improvement of preventive maintenance plans.
4. Group maintenance projects management (innovation, digitalization, SAP maintenance module).
5. Spare parts management.
6. Maintenance performance and process optimization.
7. Assessment of technical capability in sites maintenance team.
8. Contributing to build Expert teams at CCH level to support cross-country Maintenance activities.
9. Best in class maintenance/spare parts processes & solutions benchmarking in all the Regions and with other TCCC bottlers.
10. Induction of new Maintenance managers and Maintenance planners.

You can be successful in this role, if you have:

1. Experience in managing a plant.
2. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and engineering management in Food and Beverage companies.
3. Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, electrical).
4. Good knowledge of SAP maintenance module.
5. Results orientated mindset, strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in organization in English language.
7. Flexibility and willingness to travel along CCHBC countries (30% of working time).
