Coca-Cola HBC Biella is seeking a Maintenance and Plant Engineering Manager to implement, monitor, and update the maintenance plan, supervise a team of 6 maintenance technicians, and support the Plant Manager in tracking KBIs and production performance.

You will manage Plant Engineering and CI projects, plan CAPEX, drive continuous improvement, analyze data for decision making, and work across the plant to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Competenze

• Master Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance and people management.
• Fluency in English.
• Excel knowledge; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong initiative, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Create, update, and monitor the maintenance plan and related procedures.
• Code spare parts in SAP and manage work orders.
• Lead a team of 6 Maintenance Technicians and coordinate suppliers.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and plant KBIs for performance.
• Plan CAPEX for plant improvements and manage CI projects.
• Analyze data to drive cost efficiency and quality improvements.
