World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome seeks an experienced M365 Product Support Specialist to secure and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform and Copilot.

You will manage licenses, governance, service health, automation opportunities, documentation, and high-level support for key meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to boost productivity and operational resilience.

Competenze

• A degree in IT, IS, CS, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Licensing Management, ITSM, and Cloud Technologies are highly desirable.
• ITIL, project management, scripting, BI, or service management methodologies are assets.

Mansioni

• Manage software licenses: assignment, renewals, forecasting, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Set up and govern Power Platform and Copilot environments with proper access, security groups, and configurations.
